Hello! My name is Vivi Huang, great to meet you! Whether you're an employer, friend, or my professor, you're probably here to learn a little about me.   • Optimized the Deep-Sea Artificial Seabed computer system with structural improvements
  • Improved chassis airflow by 60% and reduced temperature by up to 20%

Study-Buddy

Communication platform made by students, for students. Supports a Discord-style chatroom, a forum, and study tags for all users. Built with Django and SQLite, with UI using Tailwind CSS.

Smart Light

A durable and sustainable lighting product, functional anywhere from -20 to 50 Celsius with up to 1500 lumens of brightness. 90% of materials are environmentally friendly and recyclable.

2021 American Invitational Mathematics Examination (AIME) Qualifier

Top 2.5% in AMC 10A 2021 with a score of 105, and top 60 in Canada in AIME I 2021 with an above-average score.

2019-2022 Canadian Open Mathematics Challenge Honor Roll

BC Zone 2 Honor Roll for three out of four years, out of 10k+ participants worldwide. Highest score: 61.5/75, just 1.5 points from Repechage in 2022.

2022-2023 Euclid International Honor Roll

Top 5% for two consecutive years worldwide, among the top 400 of over 20k participants. School ranked top 15 in Canada in 2022 with a total score of 265.

2023 UBC Physics Olympics

Leader of the Aerodynamic Lab team in the 2023 contest, ranked 4th place among all schools and 3rd best team overall in Canada out of over 60 teams.
